Metronome Settings (mainly volume)

The only “volume” settings I could find (so far) are by clicking on wrench in the transport

and adjusting them in here:

The first thing you might notice about my settings are that they are QUITE LOUD and the reason I wrote this post was because they currently ARE. So, for now, problem solved!
